How does Canada Post’s Free Shipping Tuesdays work?

You must be a Canada Post ‘Solutions for Small Business’ member – It’s free to join!
- “To participate in Free Shipping Tuesdays, you need to be a Canada Post Solutions for Small Business member and you need to be able to access Canada Post Snap Ship.”
  - Click here to sign up | Click here to log-in
You need a promo code!
- Every Tuesday in October, between 12am ET and 11:59pm ET, Canada Post will release a new promo code. Click here to get your code, and stay alert every Tuesday in October, on these days:
  - October 5, 2021
  - October 12, 2021
  - October 19, 2021
  - October 26, 2021
You need to create a shipping label
- “Sign in to Canada Post Snap Ship^TM and select Expedited Parcel^TM to ship a free package (up to 5 kg ) within Canada.”
- “Prepare your shipping label in Snap Ship. Enter that Tuesday’s promo code on the “Your Order” page.”
- Note: “A credit card or supplier account number is needed, but you will not be charged unless your package is over 5 kg.”
Finally, print and ship!
- “You must create your shipping labels on Tuesdays, during Free Shipping Tuesdays, and print the labels within 5 days. You can deposit your shipments in a postal box or at a postal office on another day.”
