How it works:
- Collect & rinse your empties!
Empty, rinse and dry your products. They must be less than 60mL in size. “(think: the size of a yogurt cup).”- The Do’s (Acceptable empties): Mascara tubes • Lip product tubes • Makeup pencils, sticks & caps • Foundation/concealer tubes, bottles & jars • Foundation pumps & caps • Compacts & palettes • Bottles, tubes, dispensers & plastic jars less than 60mL • Dropper tops • Extruded glass, like small sample vials • Body wash & lotion dispenser pumps • Shampoo & conditioner caps & pumps • Travel size hair styling bottles, tubes & caps • Fragrance bottles
- The Don’ts (Unacceptable empties): Aluminum tubes • Toothpaste tubes & toothbrushes • Nail polish & nail polish remover • Beauty sponges • Aerosol cans • Hair & skin care tools
- Visit your local Hudson’s Bay store.
Deposit your empties at your nearest Hudson’s Bay location; Look for the bins in Hudson’s Bay’s beauty department. - Get $5 back in points!
Confirm you are a Hudson’s Bay Rewards member with a store associate and get $5 back in Rewards points for every five containers that you recycle.*
“Members will receive 1000 Hudson’s Bay Rewards bonus points for every five (5) eligible beauty containers they bring in to be recycled. Containers must be less than 60ml and cleaned and empty.
