Eligibility

1. Requests for a sample must be received by the Entry Closing Date.

2. The promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

3. Promoter’s employees, (or any member of its group of companies), their immediate family or any third party directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. Only one sample per person. Bulk requests from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be honoured. Multiple requests made by the same person from various email, social media or other accounts will not be honoured. Spamming referral or promotion practices are not permitted and will lead to disqualification of relevant requests and/or cancellation of the sample promotion. For the avoidance of doubt this includes, but is not limited to, soliciting public entries by posting details of this promotion on third party websites and other media (ie freebie websites), and any other irregular referral or promotion practice that Promoter deems in its reasonable opinion subverts legitimate referral practices.

5. Promoter is not responsible for forms lost, damaged or delayed due to technical or connectivity or other problems. Samples, fulfilment and disqualification

6. When you submit the form, Promoter will send you a voucher with a barcode. You will need to present this voucher (either printed or showed on a smart phone device) in order to redeem it for your sample. Vouchers can only be redeemed in participating stores as listed below.

7. All samples are subject to availability and while supplies last. There are no alternative samples or cash substitutes available. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a sample of equal or greater value in the event that the selected sample is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

Reviews and Testimonials In the event that you wish to submit a review or testimonial for the sample on our website, this section will apply.

13. You grant to Promoter and its affiliates and/or related entities a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your review or testimonial (“Review”) in any media, including but not limited to on Promoter’s webpages and social media pages, retailer counters and sites, third party sites, in stores and online for our marketing and/or advertising. You grant Promoter the right to use your username, real name or other identifying information in connection with any use of your Review.

14. We may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit the Review for legal and/or regulatory reasons in any way it sees fit (while maintaining the original sentiment), with no obligation to you whatsoever.

15. You confirm and agree that: (i) you own all the rights in the Review and/or that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the Review to grant the rights herein; (ii) So far as you are aware, Promoter’s use of your Review will not break any law or violate the rights of a third party.
