Shop MAC Cosmetics, return your empties and be rewarded!

For every six (6) qualifying primary packaging containers that you return ‘back to M•A•C’, you’ll receive one (1) free full-size lipstick of your choice! 😀

How? Simply visit your local MAC store or MAC counter, with your empties, and return in-store. If you don’t have an immediate MAC store in your area or can’t get to one, you can also complete an online form and mail from home.

When returning products, here’s what you need to know:

BACK-TO-M·A·C

Most primary packaging of M·A·C products can be returned as part of the Back-to-M·A·C Program. Primary packaging is packaging used to contain the product itself [e.g. an eye shadow pot, lipstick shell, lash case]. Secondary packaging is used to protect / contain the primary item [e.g. the cardboard box that contains eye shadow].

M·A·C DOES NOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING AS A PART OF THE PROGRAM

• The Pro Palette metal eye shadow / blush / powder pan.
• Secondary packaging of any sort [paper box, plastic / cellophane wrapper, shopping bags, etc.]
• Samples [sample containers, special / trial / promotional / travel size Sized to Go / products for promotional / seasonal kits]
• Cosmetic applicators / tools [disposables, lash applicators, puffs, sponges, scissors, spatulas, swabs, sharpeners, tweezers, curlers]
• Accessories [bags, belts, makeup cases, Blot Film]

Returning from home / online:

1. Click here to get started.
2. From the drop down menus, select your 6 packaging returns.
3. Select your top 3 lipsticks.
   “Select three shades and you will receive the product in the highest ranked shade selected available.”
4. Complete your mailing address in the fields provided.
5. Send your packaging; Print form and mail your empties to:
