    • Each month on the 24th: Choose 1 (one) product per month or be surprised! Each month, you can now hand-pick one item that will be added to your next month’s bag and Ipsy will curate the remaining items in your bag based on your selection, profile, preferences and reviews.

    • Each month on the 2nd: Add-on selection has been increased from three (3) products to five (5). Each month you can opt to select up to 5 additional items at an individual cost of $3 USD or $12 USD each.

    I want to cancel my subscription to Ipsy, I live in London Ontario in Canada. Can you please help me do that. It’s impossible to get out of Ipsy.

      1. Log into your Ipsy account.
      2. Visit this link: https://www.ipsy.com/account/manageSubscription.
      3. Click on ‘Help me stop my membership’.
      4. Click on the small-printed text, right below the ‘Next’ button, that reads: ‘Continue cancellation’.
      5. Proceed with any other instructions.

      Hopefully this works for you. I’m currently a subscriber, so I can’t see past #4 in my steps. In my research, upon proceeding in #5, it appears that the final step to cancel requires clicking a link in your e-mail to confirm cancellation, so be sure to check your e-mail after all steps.
