You can now buy / reserve your products online, and get them in store, near you!

Here’s how it works:

1. Shop Sephora Canada; Browse Sephora’s online selection.
2. Found an item you want to buy? You’ll now see TWO options:
   • Get It Shipped
   • Buy Online & Pick Up
3. Click ‘Buy Online & Pick Up’.
   • Set your primary store.
   • Select to see availability at your location.
   • If no reservation is offered, check other stores.
4. Click ‘Add to Basket for Store Pickup’.
5. Proceed to your basket and click ‘View Items & Checkout’.
6. If all looks good, click ‘Continue to Checkout’.
7. Sephora will then send you an e-mail notification to come pick up
   your order when it’s ready.
8. Pick-up your order!
   1. Visit the Sephora store location where your item(s) is/are reserved.
   2. Go in-store to pick up your order.
   3. “Look for the signs that say “Online Order Pickup.”
   4. Pay for your order.
      • “You will pay for your reserved items at the time of pickup, like you normally would for in-store purchases. See Payment Methods for more details.”
   5. That’s, it – You’re set! 🙂

Notes:

• All payments will be collected at the store, only.
• “Promos and rewards can be added at the store at the time of payment, if eligible.”
• “Pickup orders are typically ready within 4 hours, and will be held for 2 days after you place your reservation.”
